We mainly ship orders with USPS.

Please, make sure that the shipping address is correct and accurate. If the address is an apartment or suite, don’t forget to mention your apartment number or suite. If an order is returned to us because no one was present at the time of delivery or an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
Keep in mind, shipping address should be a safe and secure location for deliveries. We cannot take responsibility for packages that are stolen after the carrier completes the delivery.
All orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped on the next business day.
We are closed on weekends. Most orders should arrive within 5 to 7 business days from your ship date and our handling for order typically take 1-2 business days.

We don’t accept returns on Health, Grocery or Beauty products once package has been shipped and left the facility. If the package is received with any damaged or item defective we will request pictures in order to resolve the issue.  All sales after the 15 day period are FINAL. Unless merchandise is received defective, a 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned open products, errors on address or returned order that qualified for free shipping.

We ask that you contact us by email before returning the merchandise, please include order details to ensure that your account properly refund or your exchange request is issued. Returned items must be in original, unused and undamaged condition. Shipping costs for any returns and exchange will not be reimbursed. If there was a shipping error or product damage we will provide a return shipping label. We will not exchange items that have been opened or used.

After you have received the Return Authorization, please repack the return item(s) in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your Invoice. It is suggested that you request a delivery confirmation receipt whenever you return an item.

Once, returned merchandise is received at our facility we would process a reimbursement. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
